So after trying on bridesmaids dresses I realized that that cute "pudge" had turned into a ROLL! .. All those cinnabon's have turn into a cinna-roll on me! Yikes! Unfortunately my webcam cut out when my screen saver came on but you didn't miss much! Just more running on the elliptical! Watch part 2 of the video to hear what my new fitness plan is looking like so far.

Also, check this article out! It's perfect to inspire a Halloween junkie like me to nip this weight gain in the butt before it gets out of control!

Good for you! Remember to change up your routine - cardio alone won't make you lose weight, but a combo of cardio and weights/resistance will. try alternating cardio days with weights or yoga. Try doing one day of cardio (30 minutes minimum once you are sure your body is okay with it) and then one day of weights or resistance exercise. Get a good aerobics dvd that has great weight bearing exercises like squats, push-ups, sit ups, etc. Remember, you can't 'spot train' that one trouble spot away, you need to get your whole body fit for it to go. Eat right, get lots of sleep and drink lots of water. Most important: STAY POSITIVE!! You CAN do it, you WILL do it, and you WILL look fabulous and FEEL fabulous too :)
Good for you for getting fit and healthy, I hope you reach your goal and more :)
    GOOOOO Batty!!
